Follow Kris Kringle as he returns to the small town of Sombertown, where he stands up to grumpy Mayor Burgermeister Meisterburger for outlawing toys. With the help of Jessica, a schoolteacher, and Topper, a lost penguin, Kris turns the Winter Warlock into a friend and begins his toy-making adventure!
