2013 Season General Audition Notices
The Marriott Theatre will hold general auditions for non-union actors on Thursday, September 20th, from 10am to 5:30pm at the Actors' Equity Association (Member Center, First Floor: 557 W. Randolph St., Chicago, 60661). Productions under consideration include Now & Forever (The Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber), South Pacific, and I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change. Please bring one 16 bar song and a second contrasting selection in case the Artistic Team needs to hear more. Please bring music in your key and an updated H/R. An accompanist will be provided. Please do not sign up for an appointment if you have auditioned in the last six months. No young performers under 18 being seen at this time. The Marriott Theatre is seeking strong non-AEA male and female dancers who sing well for their 2013 Season. Shows include Now & Forever (The Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber), South Pacific, I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change, 9 to 5, and Disney's Mary Poppins. The audition will be held on Monday, September 17th, at 10am for men, and 3pm for women at the Marriott Theatre Rehearsal Warehouse (1342 Barclay Blvd, Buffalo Grove, 60089). No appointment necessary - this is an open dance call! Please bring jazz and character shoes, an updated H/R or Comp Sheet, plus 16 bars up-tempo and ballad with music in your key.
