PIRATES OF PENZANCE - Terrace Plaza Playhouse

Terrace Plaza Playhouse, 99 E 4700 S, Ogden, will be holding auditions for their production of:

PIRATES OF PENZANCE

Audition date: JUNE 2, 2012

Time: 9:00 – 12:00 AM

Prepare 16 measures of an upbeat Operetta style song. Piano, CD player, and iPod dock, all available. Roles available for ages 16 and up. The role of the Pirate King and Ruth have been cast. All other roles are listed below.

Wacky, irreverent and as entertaining today as it was when it first opened in 1879, PIRATES OF PENZANCE spins an hilarious farce of sentimental pirates, bumbling policemen, dim-witted young lovers, dewy-eyed daughters and an eccentric Major-General, all morally bound to the often-ridiculous dictates of honor and duty.

PIRATES OF PENZANCE runs August 10 – September 15, 2012 Friday, Saturday and Monday evenings

Director – Jacci Florence
